No. All of our units are available on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term commitments required, so you can rent for as long or as short as you need.
Browse available units on our Rates page, select Rent Now or Reserve, and review the available unit, insurance requirements, and charges before submitting. Online rentals include payment and digital lease signing. Gate access details are issued through our office, not automatically online or by email.
We offer Drive-Up and Indoor (Non-Climate) Self Storage, Climate Controlled storage, enclosed Indoor Vehicle Storage, and 2×2 Climate Controlled Wine Lockers. We do not offer outdoor vehicle parking. Our size guide uses the same website-listed inventory as View Rates, including sizes that may be temporarily unavailable. Call (831) 333-1900 for help choosing a unit.
Self Storage, Climate Controlled, and Wine Storage offer facility protection plans; you may instead provide proof of your own insurance covering the stored belongings. Review the current plan options and charges during rental. Indoor Vehicle Storage uses your own insurance only, with no paid storage protection plan. Proof of current vehicle registration and insurance may be required before move-in and must be maintained during the rental.
